Summary, Treat your airsoft gun as a real gun and you won't have any issues.

Gilbert has no law in regards to bb guns that I could find persay other than this. Municiple Code Sec 46-43 Item B.

Don't use them in Parks (good rule is to never use them within city limits or within the view of the general public.)

Avery, I applaud you for looking further into the do's and don'ts of airsoft. I hope that others read and learn from your experience so that future incidents are not repeated.

Thanks for the help everyone, and Sarge thanks for the link and when I use airsoft guns Im never in public view except for that incident.
