Havoc War Games at the Sandbox Mar. 4 (9 am - 4 pm)

Havoc War Games will be hosting our first big game at The Sandbox (the new name of for the airsoft field at the MTT Urban Assault Course) on Sunday, March 4, from 9:00 am - 4 pm.  Join us for series of customized missions over seven hours.  Games may include:

SPEC OPs vs Insurgents
Bomb Tech Game
Zombie Survival
Terminator Survival
OP: Justin Bieber
Capture the Objective
SPEC OP Raid
OP: Blood Money

Each mission will last 15 to 20 minutes.

Required Equipment
Sealed Eye Protection with Mouth Guard (Minors must wear a full face mask.)
Any military uniform or tactical clothing (teams will be formed according to uniform color).
Airsoft rifle that shoots under 375 fps with .25 bb's
NO magazine restrictions for Havoc War Games


Admission
Admission is FREE to players who have attended a paid Havoc War Game in 2012 (Example: January 29th Game at Fighter Town)
Game tickets are only $10 if purchased at event sponsors prior to March 3.
Game tickets on the day of the event are $20.
Admission includes a prize raffle.
Game tickets may be purchased at Gearbox Airsoft or the Command Post (Please note that The Command Post only accepts cash for HWG purchases).

Registration for the March 4 game at The Sand Box is now open at Gearbox Airsoft and The Command Post.  Game tickets are only $10.

Admission if free for those who attended the Jan. 29th game at Fighter Town.  Those planning to play at VIP on Feb. 24th will also get in free.

Just a friendly reminder:  Admission to this event is free for those who paid for admission to Havoc War Games events at Fightertown (Jan. 29th) and Vanguard (Feb 24). You still need to send a confirmation email to HavocWarGames@gmail.com to register for the event. We need a player count of at least 20 participants, so please post here and send us an email so everyone knows what kind of interest we have in this event. If we don't get 20 participants, the event will be cancelled.  Registration closes this Thursday evening at 7PM.

Great news! We will be hosting airsoft games at the Sandbox this Sunday as we received enough confirmation emails from at least 20 people planning on attending. If you haven't sent an email and plan on coming out, you still need to send a confirmation email to HavocWarGames@gmail.com so we can plan accordingly.

Also, I lowered the on-line ticket price to $12 until Thursday 6PM to make the event more affordable for those who haven't attendend previous Havoc War Game events. It costs $2 more than paying at Gearbox or Command Post due to the cost of processing credit cards.

Gates to the Sandbox will open at 8 AM this Sunday.
Everyone should check in with Stephanie at the registration table starting at 8:15 AM. Those who need to pay for the event may do so then.
Chrono  station opens at 8:30 AM (375 fps limit with .25 bbs).
Safety briefing starts at 9 AM
1st game should start no later than 9:30 AM
10:30 AM 2nd game starts
11:30 AM 3rd game starts
12:30 to 1:15 PM Lunch Break
1:30 PM 4th game starts
2:30 PM 5th game starts
3:30 PM Raffle and clean-up
4PM Event Closes

Gear and BBs will be available for sale. Rental items (rifles, mags, mask uniforms, tactical vests) will also be available. Cash or credit cards accepted. $10 minimum order for credit card.
