The last time I played airsoft in a public park was back when it was just me and a couple buddies with springers. We had no idea about laws or anything, and were completely uneducated on the sport itself. The guns were clear plastic, and we were still getting some concerns from people, even with the lack of a uniform. If you go out there, dressed in full uniform, with full size replicas of actual guns, do you really think that a swat team wouldnt be called by someone who drove by and saw a glance of that. What happens when someone see's you walking out of the park like that, as you said you end when people start going on walks. Thats likely to get attention, and somebody could make a mistake if they didnt know it was only an airsoft gun. That could put you in a scenario where someone could get shot, and potentially killed. I won't even step out of the house fully dressed. Please stop giving kids with airsoft guns a bad reputation, because you could get it taken away for all of us. Dont play in potentially unsafe areas, that have many visitors. Even the park that my friends and I used to play in didnt have many visitors to begin with, and we still almost got the police called on us. Please dont ruin the sport for everyone because of your foolishness.
