i am in current communications with someone that has locations in mind and also has some prices figured out. i will be meeting with him Saterday for further discussion. i appreciate all of your willing support, for now all we need is for a few design ideas so i can see what everyone has in mind to make the perfect feild for everyone and we also need one other thing, the MOST important thing: players. you can greatly help by playin at the feild and if you like it, spread the word for all to hear so we can get popularity up fast, the faster our popularity rises, the more input and improvement, and also the bigger the battles. who doesnt love large battles?

thats where i was thinking of putting one. i dont hear too much of airsoft feild in the Phoenix area, though that is the reason i am hesitant because i do not know how many airsofters are over in that area. but seein as im getting this much feedback for the phoenix area, im thinking of looking further into it.

I know a bunch of fellow airsofters in the Phoenix area, myself included. Many people would be VERY happy if you were able to successfully build ANY type of official field in that area. And if it runs games during the week at all... I would be ecstatic!

If you're looking to do indoors, there are a couple empty (what used to be) grocery stores around the north Phoenix area... I know there's one at Tatum and Bell. Check it out if that fits what kind of space you're looking for. I've peered in there many a time passing by, thinking about how awesome it would be to airsoft inside there haha.

Holy crap this thread has blown up... Had like 20 new replies in the time it took me to type my own lol. Anyways, as far as layout, My vote is on what I can only describe as a condensed Fightertown/Fort Adobe. Not all maze-like like Vanguard, but with little rooms and things to hide in and cover abound. Something where someone can hang back and snipe successfully, but also rush in with an SMG and still have fun/perform well.

Minus operating costs, which are probably a lot more than you'd expect.
