I think it would be great for the airsoft guys to have a place to call their own that is located close to everyone.  We love having you guys at Fightertown but I understand it sucks having to clean paint off your stuff.  Several things to look at are the permits for anything in the city is a pain in the butt.  Can take several years to get them.  Insurance can be tricky if you start talking about 2 story buildings and eclectricity is going to be crazy high.  Some indoor paintball fields pay as much as $5000 a month just to cool the place not to mention empty buildings that size are several thousand dollars a month for rent. Also buildings inside of buildings have special fire codes.  Believe me when I say I researched it all.  I think it would be great for you guys so I hope it happens.

Keep the kids out on saturdays, 16 and over for a whole day.

I come from the west side (even though i am currently dorming here at asu), i would suggest starting a field somewhere from glendale to litchfield because there is alot of open area where you could start a large outdoor or indoor field (if you decide to buy a large steel building that you can buy on the cheap)

Totally agree, i and many others are located in Mesa, i guarantee if you bring a better field closer than PHX like Tempe, you will get a lot more people. It is in the middle of PHX and Mesa, and a side note; people will be less dependent on Vanguard for games. I would advise an age limit so that nobody has to deal with younger groups that dont want to. That way you will increase amount of people and not be a total douche to Vanguard (as far taking all their customers).

i agree on the maturity thing but age does not determine maturity. i see just as many adults taking there masks off as i see kids do.
