In consideration of being permitted to utilize the facilities of The Grove Bible Church for the Sport of Airsoft,
I AGREE TO:
1. Inform staff immediately, if I have any physical illnesses like asthma, epilepsy or migraines that may be affected by the smoke, audio, or lighting used to enhance game play.
2. Acknowledge that even the most experienced players can be harmed as there is a chance of injury by running into props, climbing on walls, running into other players, or slipping on the floor. I assume the above risks as my personal responsibility.
3. Allow referees and staff to search personal bags and equipment for unlawful guns and dangerous equipment.
4. Obey ALL safety and game rules posted throughout the location, below, and discussed by our staff. I assume full responsibility for my actions or neglect to abide by set rules.
5. Attain legal guardian or parental consent to participate if I am under the age of 18.
6. Not sue or make claim against the property owners, The Grove Bible Church, and staff. I also agree to hold the listed harmless from all claims, judgments, costs, including attorney fees, incurred in connection with the participation or observation of airsoft.
7. I have fully and carefully read this waiver of liability agreement, and I fully understand all its contents and sign it of my own free will for the purposes set forth herein.
8. No flammable grenades or lit flame devices.
AIRSOFT FIELD RULES
1. ALWAYS wear eye protection in and around the arena – even for observation!
2. Keep your gun pointed in a safe direction with your finger OFF the trigger
3. Fighting will NOT be tolerated, physical or verbal.
4. Aim for a center of mass and avoid the head of face.
5. DO NOT climb on the walls, trees, or buildings.
6. ALWAYS remove the magazine from your gun when not within the field.
7. Respect your referees and other players.
SAFETY & FUN ARE OUR PRIORITIES. These measures help ensure we provide a safe environment to all our players
Player must have a gun that is at or below the allowed 450 FPS for AEG and 550 FPS for spring. If the player is not equipped with a personal gun that meets these criteria, player will need to barrow a gun or will not be able to play and will be ask to leave.
Player is recommended to be dressed appropriately in long sleeves, pants and closed-toe footwear that will not come off during vigorous play.
We are not responsible for theft of personal property and hold the right to refuse service to any Player.
If the player is found not abiding by the posted rules and therefore risking the safety of the other players, referees or staff may ask the player to do any of the following: - Sitting out for games - Inability to play at our field for a determine time - Being sent home. Please note that any of these measures may be employed as determined by the infraction. The amount of reminders and issues the player has had with rules, and previously employed discipline.
IF YOUR CHILD IS 9 YEARS OR YOUNGER, WE RECOMMEND YOU REMAIN PRESENT AT THE FIELD DURING PLAY.
