was this a legit deal?
« on: July 11, 2012, 12:02:45 AM »
My brother sold me his KWA m11a1 He had it for 2 months only problem was it was dry and a pin in the front was missing. I got it for 75$ Is that a pretty legit deal or did I get ripped off. I took this to vanguard and it shoots awsome. I love playing with a smg insted of my m4........ I feel even better playing with it because I think I got a good deal but, I dont 100% know it retails for 140$ I think.

i have never payed less than $100 on a retail gun. Any less than that the guns crap out on me.. its from your brother so I would trust it.. and if it retails at about $140, id say you got a rocking deal. Especially if you trust the gun after shooting it.

Sounds like a good deal.

As for your missing pin, do you know if your gun is the NS2 version, or just regular? (If it's a pretty new gun, it should be the NS2)

Use the following to find the pin you need: (the pin might be the same on both guns)

Then go here to buy the part you need: (If they don't have it listed, or you have questions, just email them)

How do you chrono a M11 gas gun at Vanguard's 330 limit?
Do they even check anymore?

My KWA NS2 M11 would chrono right around 330 with Vanguard BBs and green gas.

Yes the non ns2 version does.  The ns2 version does not.  It was specifically designed to sacrifice fps for ROF.
