Cybergun thompson problems

i just got a cybergun Thompson and for some reason it wont feed. i looked in the loading nozzle and you can see a little whiteish plastic thing in the middle that looks like the piston head??? HELP!!
My gear collection costs more than my car...

Are you sure it's not one of those "mints" you were recently chatting about?

Don't know if you can have this kind of problem in the Thompson, but it could be caused by the tappet not going far enough back to let a new bb in the chamber.  See if you can get it to travel all the way back and look in the feed tube; if you can see the nozzle, try placing a bb in the feed tube.  If it doesn't feed, that is likely your issue.

I can see the nozzle and i have to push a bb really hard in to get it in the feeding lip and it still wont shoot
