Hi Airsofters I am 14 and I have been looking for a team for a while, I just was recently on a team in the Phoienx area(Have not quit yet) but I did not really like it as he recruited anyone with people who never picked up a gun. I also wanted one that foucased on teamwork and not lone gunning as I found that worked better and won a lot of games. So I am creating my own team.

The Requirments
Uniform Black Acu- took me forever to find
Vest- must be black
Any other gear must be black
Guns anything as long as it is not outdated(WW2 guns)
Fitness- must not be "Fat" I know that is kind of a general statement.

Ages 12-16

I suggest reviewing some of this before you start a team. Firstly if you're having some rare ass uniform you better be supplying it. I googled it and I got a camo hat that was black digital. But nothing as far as BDU's go. No WW2 era guns? Why? They will shoot exactly as my Classic Army M4 MOE. The internals are the same. Why do you want a team? Is it for the glamor? Bigger people aren't always bad for a team. The ages, you're not going to get anywhere farther then vanguard. Just something to think about.

I think he meant Urban Digital, because I don't think there is such thing as "Black ACU".

I don't know if your planning on playing outside, but trust me all black in AZ= trip to the hospital and heat stroke is not a fun thing to have. Been there done that got the t-shirt to prove it. Not to mention you said your 14 your parents probably wouldn't like the bill either. Just some food for thought.

Who cares if people use them a lot or not. If that's what someone wants to use more power to them. Not practical? Again it worse exactly the same as my M4 or John Doe's AK, or somebody else s G36 or whatever. I think it's just a stupid rule in my opinion.

het every body just leeave the kid alone if he wants to start a team let him, hell make his own mistakes. yes i see the flaws but if he wants to run his team like that far be it from me to stop him from having fun.

The hell just because you have nothing else to say you automatically assume that my parents buy me every thing and drive me everywhere for school I take the city bus then the light rail I babysit and wash windows to earn money to buy my own crap. Yes once in a while my parents will buy me some pouches and mags for Christmas or my birthday but that's pretty damn good compared to other kids now.
