Agree with Exarach. Could we get a better description (height, weight, race, hair color, distinguishing features (scars, tattoos, piercings, ect.)). You really should call the cops, though I'm sure you or your dad already has. This happened to me (although the damage was minimal). Learned then to take a pic or write down the plate number while you have em out of the car and boxed in.

If you filed with the Police, auto body shops are sometimes contacted as well about hit n run to look for them when they go for repairs.
Probably didn't have insurance...

thanks for info guys i will have a talk with my dad reason my dad didnt get much info was my brother was gonna be late for dialisys and didnt want to have to make another appointment cause my brother is very sick and has a long list of medical problems he said the woman was hispanic and driving as nice of car as she did he didnt think she would lie like that but lesson learned i guess
