I have an Echo1 MRF-MX, I'm wondering what do I have to upgrade for it to handle and last using a Lipo (7.4). Any suggestions will be of great help.

I have a cyma ak its all stock and I run a 7.4 lipo 1200 mah no problem. Its when you start using bigger lipos like 11.1 that trouble starts happeninlike gears and pistons stripping. I was told a 7.4 lipo was about par with a 9.6 nicad.

I bought mine from lynchtec at wild west paintball. It works good. I would recomend going to a store that sells rc cars and planes.
