Anyone know of any MilSim games in April to plan for? I think I may have developed an addiction...

Hopefully I will be there too lol. I am getting some communications gear so that me and my buddies can have a better time in the field this time around. If I can go, Ill be going green as well.

There is a National Event going on in the middle of April. We typically don't host local milsim games close to national game dates.

The milsim games take quite a bit of prep work and a bit of funding to host, and we often blow our budgets and spare time getting ready for the National Games.

Getting ready for this Sasco game has been tricky enough. Between building new props for Sasco, building a new rifle and new gear loadout for the New Mexico Game, and work, etc etc. You see where I'm going.

Due to all of that stuff, each team typically only hosts one or two games per year. That's why we've been trying to work together and spread out the game hosting with the other teams, to try and have games hosted every month. But so far only a few teams (off the top of my head, Shadow Viper, Desert Hawks, Sixth Column, Fox Company) have really put the effort into hosting the monthly milsims, so you're not going to see them every month unfortunately. (hopefully that changes as more people get involved and can share the load)

You mean the AMS: Copperhead over in NM? Yeah that makes a lot of sense. Is there anything going on in May locally? I don't think I'll be able to make copperhead because of funds otherwise I'd love to go. I am planning on hitting up that Blacksheep game in October though. Thanks for the reply Dayton :)

Team Crossfire hosts a summer airsoft camp-out on the rim and has done so for the last two summers, this summer will be no different.  Look for an announcement towards the end of May, game will be in August as it was last year and as usual we are looking to improve on the experience for all players.  Last summer we had around 50 or so players show up.  See photos of green and tan teams below.
