looking to put a team together in mesa

Hello my name is Stephen I live in mesa, AZ and am looking to put together a team of about 15 people to go over tactics and moving as a team in airsoft looking to get sponsorship and traveling to play at CQC in CA if you are interested please email or text me 520 268 3337

Age kind of does matter. By saying that, in implies to most people, that its young people (under the age of 18). Just as a FYI.

Im 18, Ive been playing consistently at vip for years most of the feild staff knows me by name and accepts my input on games and rules, and I was one of th few p* star users allowed to keep playing a few months ago when most of the others got banned, my skill has outgrown the field, not that im an amazing player I just cant grow much more due to the field layout and general public play style, id love to join a team and get a sponcership even just to grow my skills and learn more

What kind of guidelines are you going to require? Like for example, do you have a specific bdu that you would want everyone on the squad to wear? Anything else like that??
