Lastly I would caution calling Airsoft guns "toys". AS guns still have the energy needed to put out eyes and puncture skin. Also their ultra realistic appearance warrants treating AS guns with certain respect...especially in public places.
Well welcome again and I hope to see you at a game! Cheers!
Thank you. I appreciate you're welcome and insight on the current sate of airsoft in the States. I have noticed that too.
I think that it will probably pick up again in the next year or so.
But..
I only said "toy" in a joking matter.
Mate. I've been playing airsoft since 2003. Back when airsoft AEGs were TM or CA only, if you wanted a top on the line AEG.
I've been airsofting back when the hobby was in it's prime. I know that you have to respect and AEG as if it was a real fire arm, and that is can cause serious bodily harm to another human. I understand bruh. But just so ya know, I am well versed in the hobby, and probably have been playing airsoft longer than most people on this forum. Just saying. I don't need a reminder as to the "severe consequences" of the hobby. It's not airsoft if you can't feel it haha. Again... I say that jokingly. Partly.
I'm just starting to get back into the hobby after going dark for a few years. I was just curious to it's current status. And as much as we have to take serious real life precautions and treat the hobby similar to real steal...it's still just toys that we play with. And I was only making a broad statement of a joke(;
