I forgot to say that, but I also have another battery. I really hope that you are kidding about getting all magazines, I wouldnt even have anywhere to keep them. I would probly get 2-3 magazines. Like I said I am leaning toward getting the KJW 1911, do you think that is a bad choice? I am planning on upgrading my AEG anyways and need some gun to use for CQB without spending a ton. GBB's are so much fun just to mess aorund with. Also if you have any other things you might recommend getting just let me know. Thanks again.

Well even though GBBs are fun and great to have, you will rarley use them in a game.  I suggest you get about 4-5 standard mags to accompany your hicap. A webgear set if you want a cheap way to carry your mags(about 35-40 bucks at surplus)
And some nice goggles.

I'd skip the GBB and AEG Upgrades for some more mags or some gear to haul your stuff in.

Well, the KJW 1911 you linked to was upgraded with a bunch of expensive parts.  It doesn't make too much sense to buy a gun for CQB, considering we don't do CQB very often at all.  GBB's are fun to mess around with, but if you're going to buy a GBB, be aware of the hidden costs. You have to buy expensive mags, you'll need a holster, you'll need to buy gas...

I would recommend you either just keep saving money, or if you have your heart set on spending, buy some good (not over the top, a web set is fine) gear.  You need quality goggles, gloves and pads, and get a jacket to go with those pants.  Stick to the basics.

Get a full set of cammies and a vest (a load bearing vest from a surplus store will be fine- you don't need a blackhawk).

Or, if you dont want to get a vest like a USGI LBV for example, you can buy a cheap and effective load bearing system. LC2 Gear. (ALICE) You can get it anywhere. Check out Laradas (a bit expensive) or www.uscav.com, www.cheaperthandirt.com, etc. But what good is a vest without magazines?

Yeah, I know what you guys mean. Even though I still really want a 1911, I am going to go with all of your advice and get a tactical vest and magazines instead. Does anyone know where I can get a vest like the Gaurder SOG CQB except without the price tag? I just want a vest that can hold 3 magazines, and has a utility pouch to carry miscelaneous stuff in. I usually end up carrying the clay mock explosives, and like to be the medic in most of the games I play with my friends. I usually cary ace bandages or something like that so the medic actually has to do something instead of just tagging injured team members. I also carry a first aid kit because sometimes real life accidents happen. Anyways, do you have ay suggestions. Thanks again for your help thus far.

BTW: Those links you posted dont work because of the commas[;)].

Stop into my friends store.  Military Items, 57th ave. and Glendale.
We have a few used webgear sets you may like.  Cheap too and many different pouches you can add to it.

Throttle, the "fun to shootness" never wore off on me when I had my stuff. In fact, that's part of the reason I want to get another GBB (I'm also a 1911 fanatic, although I like my Beretta 9x series pistols as well). But they will require money to keep them running and in top shape. So if you're strapped for cash, go with more mags and batteries. If money won't be a problem (save a little here and there), a GBB would be worth it.

Not the most up to date but it works.
They do most of their business on ebay so you may catch some of their stuff on there, mostly collectables.

Gear man! buy some gear. I would hate to see you spend all your money on an AEG just to see you running around wearing sweat pants. I only played twice but from the few times I did play I used my gear more then my AEG.
