Look into the tactical tailor gear. The modular vests are much more and its some of the best stuff out there. (I was infromed of it by some Ranger Bat. guys)  The MAV can be had relatively cheaply, one just went on airsoftplayers.com for $40. Just look around.

New airsoft equipment...
« Reply #31 on: May 24, 2004, 05:05:19 PM »
I have been saving up my money ever since I bought my AEG. As of now, I have a TM G36C with a red dot scope, and a silencer. The only "gear" that I have is a pair of camo pants and a high cap[:I]. I go about once a week, but soon I am going to start attending non official games. I will have about $170 by the end of June, and feel like I need some new gadget or equipment to play with over the summer. I was thinking of getting a GBB ahwile back, but I didnt. I am thinking of getting one again, but I have decided that I will only buy a 1911. I found this KJW on ASR...

I am basically obsessed with 1911's, the way they look and especially the way they fit into my hand, so if I got a GBB which ones do you think would fit my budget and style. GBB's are so much fun to shoot, but does their authenticity, and thier fun to shootness (I know thats not a word) wear off soon? Or is it a good investment?

I need some recommendations on what to get next; a tactical vest, magazines, GBB, AEG upgrades. I know it is something I should decide, but all of you were beginners at one time and I am wondering what I should avoid or look to buy based on my level of experiance etc. To sum it all up, out of a tactical vest, magazines, GBB, AEG upgrades, which one would you get first or not get at all? Any comments, suggustions? Remember I have a tight budget. Thanks in advance for your help.
