My wife caught me the other night sporting my BDU's and tac vest and checking myself out in the mirror...she just shook her head and went back into the bedroom.

Ok, but please tell me you aren't one of those punk kids that walks around the mall with BDU or DCU pants on, trouser snakes a-hangin'.  Or those people who buy BDU pants and cut them up into shorts!

(It's ok if you have camo shorts, that you bought that way, though.  BUD/S shorts are ok, too.)

i sometimes walk around with my thigh holster on, with my glock inside, or something like that

screwloose, are you saying being lazy is okay, if its tactical? cmon. what if i told you i was tactically watching TV, or tactically eating dinner? or tactical sleeping(my fav). the nipple ring thing kinda freaks me out. everyone has worn some type of gear around their house. despite what they say. if you wear it on the field, ever, then you wear your gear around the house.
