well i ordered my gun on their web page.  then i got a email telling me the order was succesfull.  although I hadnt' paid yet.  so i waited for the payment information to come to me.  it never came.  so i emailed the company and about a day or two later they replied telling me the information for payment.  so i sent them the money.  then they were suppose to reply when they got the money.  i got no reply for 3 days!  i emailed them several times and got no reply.  then on the 3rd or fourth day i get an email saying it would be shipped asap...3 days after payment.  2 days later after that i got another email from them telling me it would be shipped asap.  also they told me they would give me a tracking number for the shippment.  but I hanv't recieved any tracking number.  I geuss i'm just having a load of bad luck.  communication is big when your sending about $400 on the other side of the world.

SOAR, I have never heard of them. If you used a charge card, reverse the charge. Use someone like www.boomarms.com, www.uncompany.com Most places are overpriced, and appeal to new players that havnt had any experience buying. Hopefully you can get this worked out.

Ok...I just ordered from airsoftclan.com for the first time because I had heard the owner was very nice and hives good service.  so far i have found it to be the complete opposite.  can anyone tell me if this is normal?  thanks
