glue? can you actually see the glue? you might have got an AK with an m4 flashider, i've heard of that before.

Yes i can see the glue.  Around the side of the flashidder in some places.

hmmm....i dunno. i used to have an AK, and mine didnt come with this glued on flashider you are talking about.

It is a reverse-threaded barrel, so just turn it to the right to get it off. Also make sure there isn't a small screw on the side of the flash hider. Sometimes they put those things on there.

Some times they use super glue to put them on so they pass through Customs easier.  Just grab onto it with a pair of pliers and twist it off clockwise.

Glue around my TM ak47's flashhider

Well i just got my ak47 and its really nice and I like it alot.  It came with a spare like black flashider to replace the orange one.  But there is glue around the orange one.  
So i was wondering if I can just unscrew it to break the glue seal then take it off or what I should do?  It shows in the manual that the flashider can be taken off and you can put the metal  one on.
