Yeah, I got it used.  Did you try http://www.optactical.com/ or http://crowstacticaloutfitters.com/ for a MK3?

Does it come with the extra straps to make it into a Hellcat?

FYI, double check w/Crow's Tactical. Last I spoke with Danny, he was either not carrying SOTech any more or was thinking about stopping.  OPTactical is currently deployed (or about to be), though he's got some folks helping/running the operations.

I've tried 5 times to get SOTech as a product line. 5 times I've called/emailed/etc., always receiving a "we'll get a dealer pack out right away" and then....nothing.  I finally gave up.

The Callahan is a nice rig from all reports I've read. If you want to be able to separate the plate carrier and carry only a Hellcat, it's the bomb in versatility. If you're always going to wear the plate pockets, there are also alternatives from High Speed Gear in the Wasatch (12 mags) and Weesatch (8 mags).

Raith...if you're looking for REAL plates, I sell them.  Figure about $240 each for Level IV ceramic plates. :)

Airsoft doesn't hurt that much. [;)]

Seriously though, who wants to carry around a couple of 10 lb plates for airsoft? Whoever does is way too hardcore.

Still workin' on scraping the money together for a Callahan, without selling any other gear! Unfortunately for me, because of the way the plate carriers attach to the Hellcat, they aren't backwards compatible. IOW, a Hellcat can't be made into a Callahan, because they basically have to be taken apart to convert them; the cost is such that one is better off selling the Hellcat and buying the Callahan. I just can't bring myself to part with my Helly!
Is that confirmed that HSGI is calling the smaller Wasatch a Weesatch? If so, I can claim the naming of that rig, and can prove it!

That's pretty funny that it stuck. LOL!
