Getting Ripped Off
« on: July 17, 2004, 01:04:17 PM »
Well, it seems whenever I try to buy any airsoft items, they always seem to be broken, but the seller assures me they worked fine before they brought it to me. A Glock 17 and now an M4 which I just shot for the first time today. Both of which I bought off these boards.

First off, is this normal? Or am I just a 'victim' who will fall for any 'deal' they post up. The M4 first came with a broken magazine, and I was told he would bring over a working one. He didn't. He then told me he forgot the charger and would bring it over the next day, he didn't. He claims that he installed a metal piston and an M120, and the gun will last a long time. It didn't last 5 seconds due to the fact he was bull****ting me.

It is seriously under ranged for a 'M120' and I'm getting real sick of getting ripped off. Am I just an asshole, and thats why people do it, or what. I know all the AA Vets would love to see minors out of this sport, and I swear I'm pretty close to leaving.

Does anyone have any idea what the hell might be wrong with it?
