The story seems really familiar to me. Is this a remake?

Well, from what it looks like, there's two versions of it, both by the same director, writer, etc...

I've seen the trailer for it, looked interesting.  I didn't know it was a limited release movie, though.

My bro in-law saw it yesterday premiere in Utah. He said it was a great show, and he's an antiwar guy. I don't know much more about it though. Supposedly out tomorrow

Has anyone heard anything about this movie? It seems like it might be a little low budget, since I can't find much information for it.

Also, it comes out tomorrow, and I'm interested in seeing it. Problem is, it doesn't seem to be playing at any theatres in the area. If you would happen to know a location in Phoenix showing this, would you mind posting it on this thread? Thanks alot.
