Supposedly, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment was created to keep ex-Confederates from taking office after the Civil War.  I do believe this section was removed in the latter part of the 19th Century.  However, if it was still in effect, hooray!

<br />Come on guys, that one is so stupid it is almost laughable.

I for one am not going to stand for a President who is willing to wipe his ass with the US Constitution, our Bill of Rights and the principles under which this nation was founded.

Vote the bum out.

So you want to vote in someone who will not only "wipe his ass with the US Constitution, our Bill of Rights and the principles under which this nation was founded" but then spit on it, stomp on it and toss it out the window?  Nevermind the fact that Kerry is a traitor for his actions after he left Vietnam...

Yeah, that makes sense...  [xx(]
<hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></blockquote id="quote"></font id="quote">

Man, you're really reaching now, Paco.  Kerry is willing to rescind major portions of the "Patriot" Act while the bush monkey wants to come up with more.  The comparison isn't even close.

I participated in the anti-Vietnam War movement.  Am I a "traitor" too, Paco?

Personally, I consider those who were willing to continue wasting American lives in that mess to be the REAL traitors to America.

Did you lie, make gross generalizations about all Vietnam Vets, and use the anti-war movement to put yourself in the spotlight? I would think not. Too protest is one thing. To betray your fellow soldiers is traitorous. There's no problem telling things how they were, but Kerry's fairytales mainly fueled anti-veteran sentiment, not anti-war[V].

Of course we've already had a whole thread on this subject in which you nor anyone else was able to support those allegations with any facts.
