I've pretty much decided to find myself a Bushmaster AR. From what I've heard, I'm going to have to go to the gunshow to get my gun for a good price, but I wanted to take a good look around town. Since I don't frequent the gunshops, I wanted to know if anybody knows of a place that has a good AR selection and good people.
I want to get a Bushmaster lower for sure, but I still think I may go with a cheaper upper. I plan to get a 16" barrl, chromed of course, with a 1/9 twist. I also want a flat top.
I remember a lot of people talking about building AR's, but I don't recall what you guys said about prices. I wanted to get a lower kit with a stock and everything. From what I have seen, it looks like it's going to cost somewhere around $300 for the lower.
Or, if you anybody knows of a good place I should look at online, I would appreciate it.
