But while on the subject of those Desert Eagles. I would like to give my two cents on them. I went down to SAD just to look at those, because I heard they had them. First off they feel like your picking up a brick becuase they are so heavy and akward. Second even with a full CO2 cartrage you can only get one mag out on the full auto. Third the full auto Rate of Fire is one of the slowest airsoft guns I have ever fired. I think they are ok but I would not spend the money that they are selling them for.

busta, you crack me up.

Springer=owned, that's all there is to it!

Anyone remember leakingpen?  He came to OP: Dragons Head with a handful of springers thinking he could hang the the dudes using AEGs and GBBs.

My M4 dominated his face!  I also remember him getting a taste of Matt's Mk43.  I might have actually felt bad for shooting him, since he was nearly "unarmed".

Point taken Firehead, I'll just see how I measure up to you guys at AA before I say something like that again. But I do pride myself in my accuracy with my desert Eagle springer

However about what delta said about the noise, yes it may give a certain please to have the nice CO2 snap, and "fump" as he put it, but I think the experience compared to paint ball is far better.

Note to Delta: There is a new CO2 powered airsoft gun, fully automatic, desert eagle available at Shorty USA, it, is, awsome. But it's out of my price range right now.

Here's the link:(I seriously recommend everyone check this gun out)
http://www.shortyusa.com/cart/viewitem. ... 1&NL=&CA=2

I hate to burst the bubble but there is another C02 airsoft pistol out there. Paintball HQ has them at $100.00 each. They are replica barreta style and called the M192. You can also get regular green gas mags for them and they are blowbacks. Ask Merc, he has 2 of them.

On another note a fully auto DE ???? uh sounds a little like overkill to me.  :D

Any way why do you mention another CO2 Gun? Yes we know they exsit.  how well some of them funtion is up for grabs. However, $100 is not that bad for a GBB.

Just thought everyone who didn't know would like the info so they didn't think the DE was the only one out there.

As for how well it functions you may want to ask Merc... I have only fired one mag through the ones he has but the fire rate, to me was quite good, and the wieght is definately good. As for accuracy it leves a little to be desired but that could have just ben me. (No coffee that morning)

Theres actually a few guys...I remember seeing someone at the Jan 8th Addicts game with a SIGMA fixed slide Co2 pistol running at 360fps from SAD...Needless to say he got pretty F'ed up in one of the pistol games by Ian. I think Mikey might have seen that guy too :D. Point is...what moron thought of putting a Co2 cartridge in an airsoft gun, leave that s*** to the paintball and BB guns. Another lame ass thing about those Co2 powered guns is that the mags have to be hella fat (bigger than double stack) to accomodate the 12g so you might have a 9mm Beretta with a mag that looks like it belongs in an M82.

Sorry for quoting far far back, but I had bad internet connection and wanted to reply to this..

Me:
Hey.. real airsoft is for adults? I'm 17, am I not a "real airsofter" then?

AZSarge:
Nope. Until you can walk into a store [alone] and buy a gun, you are not a real airsofter. Until then, you are an ice-skater, and the ice is thin.

I know what you mean by the ice is thin, as in the legal issues. But that seriously means, although I got a job almost just for the reason of airsoft, and I work hard and use that money on airsoft, and JUST because I can't walk into a store on my own and buy some airsoft gear or whatnot, I'm not a "real airsofter"? This means, when I hit that 18 mark just before LC4, I'll be a real airsofter? Does it mean that my friend, Chris, that CAN walk into a store and get a gun but plays with bluejeans and a t-shirt IS a real airsofter?

I never knew real airsofting was limited to not attitude or style, but by legal issues.

Not to mention having pink splats all over your BDU's or that lime green "jersey". I think I would shoot myself if paintball became an olympic sport. :P
