Dont order a gun from them.  HKSP drops packages off at customs.  I had a gun seized that had all the proper markings and no trademarks because it "looked too real".  They wont ship any other way.

Talk about taking security a little to far. I can believed they seized your gun. That is out rageous. Has anyone else had that happened to them. I was gonna order from them too because they have good prices but no I am weary.

I'll never order from again!  bought a 203 shell from them and when  got it we couldn't get it to work. I emailed them and they said to sent it back. Then they told me that it was my fault because I didn't use it correctly and it cross-threaded. I so told them to send it back. They never did. This was 2 years ago. And I still e-mail them...

Well, on the subject of redwolf screwing people over... I ordered the Marushin Bren Ten from them, paid for it, they said it was out of stock and asked what I would like to do.  I said refund my money.  I went back and forth for a few days with the guy, he'd say "You're payment will be refunded tomorrow."  Never refunded.  I contacted paypal and told them what happened.  They reversed the transaction and took the exact sum from their account and back to me.

I told "Reaper" from The National Airsoft Magazine about what happened because he was going to talk to the owner or manager about advertising, and Reaper told the guy about what happened.  I gave the name of the guy who handled my transaction, and I recieved word that that guy had been fired for several things similar to my problem.  They're supposedly much more organized now, but I still say

Boycott Redwolf.

About a year ago, I ordered a WA SCW Wilson Combat CQB from Redwolf and it was seized by US Customs.  I have no way of knowing exactly why, but Redwolf did rectify the situation and refunded my money, including the shipping costs.  They did it pretty quick too, all the hold up was waiting for the feds to do their part.

i have had great experience with Hobby Asia.

Amazing prices, quick shipping (at my door within 3 days, max), good customer service.  all of my friends have ordered TM stuff from them, and its all gone smoothly.  no customs seizures, no customs taxes 5 months later.  its great.

BS.

Redwolf has never had a siesure because a gun looked so real. They alway put red nail polish or orange flash hider on your barrel.

Yeah, and Joey would make up for a month or 2, posting about what was going down with his rifle because everyone wants to lie about redwolf. Personally, I'll believe Joey and Raith before I belive a new guy.

Tell me, what did you order from them. No, not what your friend ordered, what did YOU order from them, how long did it take them to get it to YOU, and when did YOU order it?

Its the trademarks thats the problem not the airsoft gun. They have to remove or cover the trades

Uh huh.

I lost the cool little ticket that came in the box that said "YOUR CONTRABAND AND/OR NARCOTICS HAVE BEEN SEIZED!"
