Aaah what would turkey day be wihtout a little sewing to work up an appetite. Here is a prototype admin panel plus map pouch. It has a little inside pocket for stuffs and a clear vinil slot for maps and such. This was mostly a test to try and work with the vinil, and is by no means the production model.

enjoy!

and yes that white lanyard loop is braided dacron...

Awesome work.

I especially love the "Drive fast so slow people get lost" part of the map.

Not bad, D-Bo.

I'll talk to you about this when I pick up my DCUs.

DCUs are ready for pic up. I am still waiting for the zipper coil from d-zone, so no improvements so far Sinjin, I know you said to use the zipper from the 1.77 special but I think your pouch will be the first experimentation with the new zippers when I get them(which hopefully will be later this week). Most of that map pouch project was like I said an example of the capabilites of using vinil. I have a lot of ideas on the doc, just waiting for some materials to roll in to get them rollin out... Thanks for the comments guys.

Not really airsoft related at all... but this is one of the most well engineered and original pieces of gear I've seen in a while.

I have a similar hydration pack Matt.  Where did you get yours?

Here is a set up of mine.  It is a veritable rainbow of green as it is brands of nylon gear.  My hydro pack is hard to see as it is buried underneath several other pouches.  I also dusted the carrier with some krylon khaki and OD to subdue its green color some.  Also take note of my clean carpet.

That looks better with some paint on it, Mikey.  You really got your money's worth with that vest!

Now, I think you need another pouch on there. . .

I got a new Eagle MLCS RRV and I'm waiting for some new pouches.  When they arrive, I'll load it up and post some pics of it and my RAV.  Oh, and I have a couple helmets that I did some minor mods to.  Pics are in order.
