Ill retake them today, the camera I used really sucks. Even with the flash it can't pick up detail.

The first one is a more KSK loadout being light and fast.  Only keeping the essentials.

The second one I was going for IDZ. Which is why I have the double hydration carrier and low sitting pouches+flak vest.

And yea that was me. I really haven't been to any events since then.

EDIT: Best pictures I could get. Crappy camera, added a shot to show the contrast with the balaclava and mag pouches.

Cool, I was the guy on your team wearing the short-ops KSK stuff with the MP5.

KSK stuff is fun and fairly easy to reproduce since they basically follow a per-situation kit, based around either Flecktarn or Tropentarn of course.  They even use MOLLE stuff when they find it usefull.  The whole IDZ system is proving very useful to them, they are using both that MOLLEish system and traditional German Webbing interchangably now.

Going for a Bundeswehr look is tougher, since they are strictly set kits mostly.  They currently still use the webbing, but of course the IDZ sets are becoming common.  Expensive as hell though.  Its 400 dollars for just the vest (no pouches, no armor, just the vest and interior pouches), and about 50 bucks a pop for pouches.

What vest are you using in the lower pictures (again I can't quite tell with the camera quality)?  I am looking to get an alternative vest to switch out with my webbing.

Thats the one. I think cheaperthandirt has it for less. I combined it with the bottom one to mimic the electric components on the back of the real one. I would have used a thinner vest but they don't quite have the thickness of a real IDZ vest, this one does. To get it over the Flak vest I just had to remove all the flak parts. I also do have the webbing on, I just wearing it under the vests.

No, the girl's period happens at the end of the month. More blood than a raw veal cutlet, I tell ya.

Here's a better picture with some new stuff.

im surprised the mag retainers stay in the pouches with the AK mags. I wonder if they'll ever make a Weesatch built for .308 or ak mags

Nice patch vince. Though a rig that is all DBT kinda defeats the message.
