Update All Russian Team/Unit!!!!
« on: February 28, 2005, 10:26:42 AM »
All right we have a team MOSKVASPETSNAZ. However, we still need more people to join. Also we have just been given our own team forum. Check out the team Requirements.
It has been brought to my attention that some people such as myself would like to start an all Russian Team!!!    8)  Basicly we would all have AK's, Russian Camo, and maybe Russian Gear!!!! There might be some stipulations but having an Ak would be a big one. There are some Russian Teams out there in Cali, and other parts of the country. Howerver, we could be the first  I belive in AZ or with AA affiliation.[/b]

I don't want to, but I think that's really cool!

I hope this works out for you guys.  I don't really know of any specialty teams like this in AZ.  There are all kinds of them in Asia and CA, and I would love to see airsoft taken to that level here.

I might be interested in that. It would be an excuse to learn Russian and buy that AK I want.

I have committed to the idea of playing with the mil guys, but I too applaud the idea. I think that I still have the army intel book on cold war soviet forces if someone ever needs it for reference.

I think a baig part of what is cool about this hobby/sport is having themed temes like that.

Thank you everyone for posting so far. We need more people of course which if you post it they will come, a moderator/team leader, and further details on camo, guns, and gear will follow. Main thing on the issue of the team is how far do we want to take this; being on detail of gear, guns, and camo. I am happy that we are getting postive feedback!!!!

Sounds like a pretty badass idea IMO. This is cool because there is often games/skirmishes where true OPFOR costumes are needed. Alot of people don't have the setup for this so having a team with this is a good idea. GOod luck.
