Is there a CS server from AA or not? I know PBAZ had one for DPB.

Man who go to sleep with itchy but, wake up with stinky finger.

Having a smoking section in a restaraunt is like having a peeing section in a pool.

 ;)

Yeah, theres no "No, that game is so unrealistic and gay" option.. So, I won't vote.

Not to compare it against other games, and it's not the "People don't enter the rooms as Swat", I just dont like the crosshairs instead of iron sights, the lack of switching from semi to full, and etc. If there is a good HL mod for SOME realism, Firearms.. that's cool. You could strip the Mp5 to an Mp5sd (and it's got burst), use the G36k accordingly (semi/full, and the sights as well), and.. it's all just very badass. I don't care what people say, if you play it right, it's a good game (firearms, NOT CS).

Firearms is worth the DL, I'm gonna downlaod it again when I get my laptop back. And theres tons of people. Don;t give up on the game, it's not like CS.. you don't die in 20 shots, it takes like 3.. so, you're gonna get your ass kicked by snipers and such the first few games.

STAY ON TOPIC

---

I have played Counterstrike in the past, and at times it could be fun.  I had the most fun with it in small LAN parties.

I played Firearms a few times in the past, and it just wasn't my cup of tea.  I should try it again sometime, I guess.

anyone try "tac ops"?  I played it a few times at a friends... works off the CS engine i believe.  A lot more realistic than CS.... though still lacking.

I believe Tac ops is the unreal engine.

I tried to get into CS, but it was way to gay for me. Especially with all the cheating and such that goes on. But i guess if a game gets too realistic, people don't want to play, becuase they are getting torn a new one every time(CTs rarely ever lose in reality. Find an SF unit that gets beaten down by terrorists)

you know, I always found SOCOM II to be a suitable game.  Tons of fun and addicting.  Not to realistic in terms of oh so many things... but fun none the less.

If you guys want a realistic game play americas army, delta force:black hawk down, or Joint operations. those are all eralistic games that have exelent online play. Delta force and joint operations both, i think, can support 150 players online.

Its not hard to find it on PC either. CS is just a shitty game, and a poor attempt at a "realism" game. People play it like its Unreal Tournament with modern weapons. CS Source looks mediocre, but its still crappy. I'll play AA(i hate that game too) over any CS version, anyday.
