what really gets me is not that he's just simply "innocent", but that he was dismissed of ALL 10 CHARGES.

I mean.... c'mon... maybe he's not like some of those OTHER sickoes out there.  But c'mon... all 10!?

Have you seen all the charges? Just look at the accuser and his family...a bunch of blood sucking morons out for some money. They defrauded JC PENNEY's a few years back....

Our system never says that anyone is innocent, just that they are "not guilty". Big difference.  ;)

You are absolutely right. All of the charges they filed against him were pretty much contingent on the accusers family and their credibility. Sneddon would have been better off making the charges a bit more vague, then they could have stuck him. However, Messereau absolutely impeached the whole family.

Man...  some of you guys really need to study the criminal justice system.  I hope you're never on MY jury should I ever have to go to court - I would never, EVER vote to convict someone based entirely on circumstantial evidence, and might I add, thoroughly discredited witness testimony.  The prosecution's case was ENTIRELY circumstantial.

It's better Michael Jackson go free than do any more damage to fundamental principals.

Do I think he's a pedophile?  A B S O L U T E L Y!  When I see evidence that proves it, beyond a reasonable doubt, I'll applaud his conviction, but not until then.

I agree with Paco. There just wasn't enough evidence in this case and the accuser's family isn't credible for beans. I still think that MJ is a freak because no normal person would want to sleep in bed with little boys.

MJ & $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Here is the way I see it.
Michael Jackson is an ICON.
He is also VERY RICH.
Money buys a lot
Life is like a shit sandwich, the more bread ya have, the less shit ya gotta eat
Michael has suffered some sort of mental regression into childhood, a childhood he never got to have.
I think he genuinly likes kids for being kids.
I think Michael operates on the mental level of a 12 year old.
I dont think he has done anything really hidious, or with any criminal intent.
I think he believe the sleepovers, and other things are OK and normal behavior.
Lets face it, he has a lot of money and all someone has to do is make a few noises, and he will now be paying them off and buying the silence.
Also, fact, he had a jury trial, and the jury said he was not guilty.
End of story.............For themoment.
If Michael continues to have kids to neverland, and sleepovers, etc.....he can count on more court time and expence.
Perhaps it is time for Michael to sell all his crap and move to Thailand?
