Pryde, just to advise, Missile Tank is on State Trust land, and thus, unplayable. Either stay under the radar or be prepared to pay fines.  :(

Curious, why would missile tank be a no go?

Teamwork is essential; it gives the enemy other people to shoot at.

The tough part about being an officer is that the troops don\'t know what they want, but they know for certain what they don\'t want.

I was told the AO was a part of a rancher's land we got permision to use since he doesn't.  Did the person who told me get their facts mixed up or did someone else?

Swairtac has stated it's rancher owned land, and Bucket is coming to this game so things must be kosher.....link me to this thread though I'm curious to look into it

Last we checked, the tank area we play it is private owned land.  The missile silo (the fenced off area) is equivalent to state trust.  If the tank was state trust, it would be fenced off with signs all over.

When I was at MT, I saw State Trust Land signs everywhere, at the playing field as well.  Regardless you needed to drive across it to get to the area, so unless everybody has a State Trust Land use permit, your screwed.  As for it being private land and you have permission, as long as you have something is writing, then your okay.

Okay I went to the Pima County Assessors office (Online) and brought up the MT area.

The next image shows who owns the property.  Where we skirimsh (near the large clearing, is clearly State Trust Land (Blue).  The white area is owned by Pima County,  there is no area out there owned by a Rancher

So Yes!  We were tresspassing!

Ranchers can get lease agreements from the State to use State Trust Land for grazing, but they don't decide what does and does not happen on State Land.

So does that mean we are calling MT out of bounds from now on?
