i don't know anyone that knows how, i was planning on using the guide on airsoftplayers, and i don't know of any videos

I upgraded my gun using the refrence on airsoft players.  The pictures are a big help  to remember where all the parts go

Yeah, I used the same guide the first time.  Now it's a snap.  It is a good resource.  The first time though, you should do it with a friend because it takes a lot of practice to be able to put it all back together with only two hands; plus you can catch each others mistakes.  The first time I took apart my gearbox, I had the anti-reversal latch going the wrong direction so the gears spun opposite.  Fortunately, my friend caught what would have been a catastophic issue for the wellbeing of my gearbox internals.

What Frenzy said is true. Once you do it once, it's such a snap. It sounds like you're technically inclined as well.  I really would advise having some sort of guide the first time around, as many have already mentioned. But after the first time it becomes reall easy.  Try visiting those links they gave you, but better yet, ask around. Having a person watch over you and letting you know what to watch out for would even be better.

how hard would it be to install one of these? i can take lawn movers apart and put them back together rather easily. i have worked on car engines etc.
