I think the idea of the Officers Club was for people, with enough posts, meaning enough time on the forums. And what that means, is that they've gotten used to peoples other opinions, and comments that they didn't need to blow up at them on EVERY FUCKING THREAD.
And I think, by the time a few of you reach officer, you still wouldn't be ready. And maybe that's why it was taken down. Also, Greg pointed out a good reason. A good guy like Ron could possibly not be in the Officers Club, but maybe an annoyance on the forum would be there asap, and do just that.. be annoying.
I think I would have like it, just so we can talk about good stuff that we didn't want all the beginners and soft-attitude members to see. But, once they reached officer and saw it, they'd be aggrivated. And, that, would ruin part of AA's look.
Maybe it was a bad idea, the Officers Club.
Sad.
Edit: And I'm not pointing fingers to anyone particular on this thread. I'm talking about the whole forum. How, you haven't even learned to ignore some of Andys comments, or how you start political arguements every 10 minutes. It's simple.. that's how he thinks.. this is how I think. It probly won't change. Is it worth it to get the moderators aggrivated, and have them delete the posts, and write a post about how you don't shut up out of aggrivation, just so you can have the last word?
