And no offense lead, but it seems that you were the first one here to start throwing around political agendas and such in this thread.

No offense taken, Ghost.  I guess if you’re inclined to take my comment that some of us have lost sight of who was actually behind 9/11 as “throwing political agendas aroundâ€￾, than I am guilty as charged.  However, Elvis comment that he started the thread because people have forgotten about 9/11 and as a result are starting to believe that the “war on terrorâ€￾ is a lost cause pretty much proved my suspicion regarding his motivation for this “remembranceâ€￾ he presented.  I don’t know about you, but I’m getting a little tired of watching people use the bodies of these deceased Americans to further their war agenda.

I still remember it like it was yesterday and can't believe that it happened so long ago. I will never forget that day.

Lead do you remember who attacked us? Do you remember why they attacked us?  You make it sound like Elvis using these poor people who died for his own personal gain. You really are out just to cause trouble. They were obviously reffering to the symbolism in what happened and how people forget to pay more respect.

I don't consider it bickering so much as pointing out that Elvis was using the deaths of our fellow beloved Americans to support irrational and destructive American foreign policies.

Second, Elvis can understand that we need to go after those who killed our fellow Americans but, it sounds to me like you are against that idea, stating what we are doing is "irrational and destructive." That makes me sick! My dad, as well as other poeple in the military, are over there busting their asses off so we can get rid of terror where ever it hides and your over here bitching about it!  :x
