More BF2 Fanboi talk

So what rank has everyone gotten to so far? And which weapon unlocks have you been most happy with?

I took the SF unlock for my first and am about to get my second unlock. I am really happy with the G36 but I don't know what I want for my second unlock, probably medic. I was thinking about assauly but I don't know, do you loce the grenade launcher by taking the G3?

Sniper unlock

Lance Corporal here is all. I took the sniper unlock, just for the joy of putting a helo pilot out of his seat.  I only managed to get 1 on a guy actually in flight (He was hovering for some reason, I was way up on one of the cranes).  Normally I hang near where their chopper might spawn and pick them off as they enter it.  Takes awhile before anyone figures Im there...by then Im running and the claymore covers my trail pretty nicely.

I unlocked the PKM and couldn't be happier with it.  My next unlock will be the MP5 replacement.  Ironically, I tend to play Medic and Support most often, but I also enjoy the commander role.  The SA80 for the medic isn't really an improvement over the M16.  The G3 is good, but I don't want to sacrifice the grenade launcher - way too useful.  Of course, I have another 6K points before I can unlock another gun anyway.

I'm a Lance Corporal now and its gonna be a while till I get my next rank. I unlocked the G36C and I hear good things about the PKM. It's supposedly slower in rate of fire, but if you keep it limited to short bursts you should be accurate enough that you can kill someone in 2-3 shots.

I was thinking about the SA80 because of the optics and it not being a burst weapon, the sniper is pretty appealing too though, decisions decisions.

the anti-tank one is pretty good.  its semi-auto, and as fast as you can click is as fast as it fires, so you can fire faster than full auto.

The medic gun is nice because its accurate and has a nice scope, its a lot like the US Special Forces gun.

I hear it can be very accurate, you just need to know how to use the optical sight correctly and you'll be ghetto sniping in no time.
