I think I'm down for this, Green, as usual. I'll probably drag my old man out for it too.

I'm not confirmed though. I'll be back...

Does this mean your requirement for "No white BB's" is removed?

Also you might want the Pinal County Sherriff's know that you'll be out there at night, for some reason I think they check that area at night for people out partying (all the graffiti, beer bottles, etc. is what leads me to think that).

Not a problem, I will be stopping in at the sherrifs office in florence that afternoon to clear it. A good friend of mine works there so not a problem.

Why not call ahead of time in case they tell you the area is off limits, so you can let everybody else know before they all show up
Their number is 1-800-352-3796, I know a lot of guys there as well, and they aren't too open minded.  You might also want to call the Florence Police Department, since they also might show up.  The fact that you are charging money, would limit your use of BLM land... just a thought.

Just a quick note.

For those of you who live outside the Tucson Area and wish to attend I am going to accept fes for you at the AO. I will be sure to have extra waivers on hand as well. Please be sure to be there 1 hour early so registration can be done in as orderly a manner as possible. I will set up a registration / check in table at the parking area. When you arrive please go straight to the registration table to check in and to get your fees paid.

We will also have copies of the TAC UPDATED COC's to provide you for clarification of the rules. If you have any questions about the rules you can contact myself or bolger by PM anytime. If you would like to download a PDF copy of the COC's please go to http://www.tucsoncoalition.com and click on the Information button. You will find everything you need at this location.

For those players who are under 18 you will need to go to the above like and download a copy of the Parental Permission Form (PPF). This must be signed and NOTARIZED before you can play wheather you have a parent present or not.

Thanks.
