That get's really funny near the end when he's not sure if the whole setup is legal...
I hate this state.

What's the point? Would anyone actually use this in a game?

I supose it would make for interesting turrent emplacments, but....I'm not sure you'd have any signal where we play.

Oh well, it's cool, I guess that's all that matters.

Not everything in airsoft is made to be "tactical."  I give the person props for take two entirely different and unrelated things and putting them together to make something that hasn't been done before.  I'm sure he spent a great deal of time on it, and I think that its awesome that he was able to pull it off.

You beat me to it, Greg.

I was going to say something along the lines of:

Notice how females aren't anywhere on that list!

I think that is pretty cool! It would be possible to create autonomous airsoft guns that can detect life signs through heat and heart beat sensors that be used in games and stuff! That would be sweet! Too bad it would cost a lot of $$$ just to make one robogun.

And if it malfunctions in your face that won't be too great. Software is never 100% foolproof...

I won't make any comments regarding the usefulness, morality, or legality of an automated sentry gun, but it seemed relevant to the conversation.

Do you go to the rangers glade rebooted Vigo? Cause the guy who made it posted about creating that sentry gun there just this week I believe.

That some pretty good work there. I hope they don't make a turret with a better gun on it. That could get nasty...

No, I'm not familiar with it.  I saw this the end of last week on http://slashdot.org which in turn linked to another site "Hack a Day" or something like that.
