Battery Advice

Alright I need to know what is the optimal battery for a CA G36c it says small kind. I want something with a little more power than the 600mahs at JT. So I wanna know rather to get a 8.4 1500 or like a 9.6 1100, also with these batteries would it be best to remove the fuse?

check out airsoft atlanta. They have the Li-Pol batters which are like 11v and have a huge capacity.  Same size as the mini batteries.  Charger and battery cost like 105 though :(

Well...I wouldn't go for an 11V Ethan unless you're gonna do some heavy upgrading right away.

I would get a gold peak 9.6V. I have one of those and also an 8.4V, and it still gives me a great rof.

Check out this link. Scroll down and you should spot the GP batteries. I think the one you'll want is the 'GP 9.6V 1100mAh - Mini Type ( Ni-MH )'

I run a custom 9.6V 2500maH Ni-MH made by this guy gonzo on airsoft players. Just tell him what you have and he can prescribe the best battery for the job.

I already mentioned that to Ethan, Gonzo is awesome and has great prices, not to mention really long battery lead wires..heh. I think he Just needs to know what type exactly to get.

Make sure to get a nice new charger to match that pack , Ethan

hey i own one and have no prob with the 600amp one.  but i do carry a spare.  i have the upgraded spring and cylinder  for my gun.

I put the First Factory G36C Large Foregrip on mine and run 8.4 1800 large!!! 8)

I dont know, but electricians put fuses in a circuit for a reason  :idea:

For me, after I upgraded my M4 I needed a battery with a 20 amp discharge rate instead of my standard 10 amp discharge. It needed it inorder to cycle the upgraded spring. The 10 amp just couldnt do it at times.

I used lightweight super power "KOKAMS" in my electric heli's back in the day...they were about he size of a business card and as light as a stack of 20 or so...brought in 5.4v of 3000mah

geez some of the batteries can cost a CRAPLOAD! and im lookin to get a good battery discharger... anyone know where i can find one?
