Operation Talon Flight, November 6th

SCENARIO: 2 Marine helicopters have crash landed in the Syrian desert. Of the total 23 crew that was aboard both aircraft, 5 crewmembers have survived. 2 are injured, the other 3 are tending to them and awaiting arrival of Special Forces to perform extraction. Special Forces are advised to wait until after nightfall to perform the extraction. Also, be aware that Syrian National Guard forces are active in the area.

OBJECTIVE:

Special Forces
Rescue the 5 crewmembers, proceed to the extraction point 1/4 mile due South. Evade or eliminate enemy forces. Must get all 5 crewmembers to the extraction point, dead or alive.

Crewmembers
Proceed with Special Forces units to the extraction point. Avoid capture at all costs. You *MUST* bring the Flight Data Recorder with you, as well as the Avionics box.

Syrian National Guard
Be advised there are US Special Forces in the area. Prevent their rescue efforts by all means necessary.

RULES:
This is a TAC game, and follows TAC rules. We will be in open area, and there will be no paintballers about. This means: 400fps, full-auto for rifles, SMGs. Up to 500fps for snipers, must employ a 50' no-kill zone. NO FACEMASK REQUIREMENTS FOR THOSE 18 AND ABOVE. Still must wear ANSI Z87.1-rated eye protection.

This will be a night game, lasting from 6PM to 10PM. Recommended load-out includes hydration supplies (water, sports drinks, whatever). This is, after all, the desert. If you have night vision equipment, bring it.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are opting to go on the Special Forces team, you may be needed to drag and/or carry one of the crewmembers.

Atfer the initial Op is done, we will play around in the field until our time is up. Pistol games, Force vs. Force, objective games a-plenty.

LOCATION: Sudden Impact Paintball Field, Helicopter area and surrounding town area.

FEE: $15 per person, payable at the field

I'm currently working on the cost with Sudden Impact. I don't expect it to be more expensive than the usual fees ($15).

Looks like it could be fun...

Not sure about the team i'll be on.  Not positive i can make it, but i'll try.  i havent been airsofting in ages and Inoc. will probably not suffice to recoup that loss of precious play time.

     Is the Sudden Impact PB field by Tucson?  I don't know where it is relatively speaking,  location data for noobs like me would be greatly appreciated...after all, I just gotta get shot on my birthday=P

It is north of Tucson, in Marana. You take I-10 to Tangerine then go west on Tangerine. You can't miss it.

Question. If tan and desert represent SF AND Crew members, how are you going to tell them apart? If Flightsuits are RG/OD, wouldn't that be regarded as Syrian National Guard? Under certain gear, it's hard to tell it's a flightsuit.

I might be up for going, but doubted at this point.
