I just spent way too much time looking for the safety rules for this op.  I guess its the lawyer in me but I can't find it...  could I get a link or a cut and paste so I can make certain the Marauders are in compliance with all safety/eye protection requirements please??

Just a question. The Coalition rules say full face mask for CQB, will the CQB here count for that, or is it open-field type CQB and no worries?

I highly doubt there will be much CQB engagements at this field with the number of people we have. But I'll leave it to Reaver to decide on that.

I just caught some references to CQB with the choppers and wanted to know for certain what the rules are so I know if I need to find my mask or just avoid those areas.

The choppers are in an open field which is not considered CQB. I think Reaver just meant that the engagements around the chopper will be more of the close-n-personal kind.

The only people who HAVE to use full face masks are those under 18.  This is for legal reasons, if you don't like it... blame the lawyers.  ;)

Wire masks are completely out UNLESS you are wearing safety glasses underneath them.  Wire masks and paintballs don't mix.  ;)

With as many people as we have, there are no plans to do any CQB on this op.  The CQB area just isn't large enough.

It was once believed that Chuck Norris actually lost a fight to a
pirate, but that is a lie, created by Chuck Norris himself to lure more pirates to him. Pirates never were very smart.

The soldier sat down and contemplated his situation.

A member of an elite squad of furious fighters, he was destined to be in today's battles. He could only hope that his side was willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

He thought of his family;his wife and sisters. He wondered if he would see them again after today. He hoped so, but he knew all too well the risks he was taking. Just last week his buddy had taken a bad hit from one of the roaming choppers that were always packed to the brim with armed soldiers. His buddy had not made it, but this soldier knew that he would see him again at the pearly gates.

Ah, the choppers. Always so full of armed personnel, but rarely carrying any real supplies. These were no rescue personnel, this was an invasion force. This soldier, and his comrades, all of them knew this with conviction. The imperialistic pigs of the UN were not going to take their country without a fight; they would rather die than see their homeland turned into anything even closely resembling Iraq.

As he strapped on his last bootlace, he contemplated the day. There would be great battles, and great victory. This soldier would fight alongside his comrades. To the death.

Praise Allah.
