Thanks for that post, Mark.

BTW, I've posted a roster.

From now on, I need everyone that hasn't registered yet to wear Afghan attire/civvies.  I have alot of guys on US Forces.

Also, for the sake of keeping it simple, here are a few rules for the uniforms of afghan fighters:

-No US pattern camo clothing.

-Gear and weapon can be of any type.

-No helmets.

-Arabic head garment of some sort must be worn throughout the game.  If you cannot furnish one, a suitable item will be provided free of charge.

I know these rules are not entirely realistic, but it will help keep things running smoothly.

I am real keen on attending this event, I have never played airsoft before but i have  my gear together and could aquire a suitable outfit for either team; though my weapon is an AR15. You will have to forgive me, however, the particulars of airsoft are still a bit unfamiliar to me...

Would anyone be willing to give me a ride to the A.O? I am more than happy to pay for gas.

Does that mean you want to come?

Everything will be explained in detail before the game starts.

As for your weapon, it's not an issue.  At this point, you will have to wear civvies and play on the afghan team, but your gear and weapon can be whatever you normally would use.

If anyone needs a ride to the AO from the conoco, I'm sure it can be arranged.

Im not sure if there is anymore room on US forces, but if there was, Id be bringing my recently completed .30 browning MG.

But If I do git stuck with the afganies, then I guess the MG42 will have to suffice.

Or I could bring both. :D

Tack bolger and I down on the roster for now.

But im still not too partial towards head garments.

Hey M-79, The Afghan Freedom Fighters (old school) used flintlocks even. A .30 Browning would be appropiate.

Maybe even a couple Stingers?

Should I bring the howler launcher too? Possible use for RPG's...

...but I'm gonna be pretty stingy about the howler footballs...

YES!

And that goes for anyone else with any sort of special weapon.  If you were ever going to use that thing, this game will be perfect!
