What's on your XMAS shopping list?
« on: November 30, 2005, 10:42:06 AM »
Ok guys, I hope I'm not the only one that has waited until the last minute to come up with a XMAS list for their girlfriends, wives, family etc..

Anyone like to share some things on their lists to help out those that are having a hard time thinking of that perfect gift?

Stocking stuffers can tend to vary with women, but here's some things to think about;

Small candles (in her favorite scent)
  Potporrui satchets
  Bath salts
  Lotions
  Chocolates
Victoria's Secret (bras and or panties)
Good perfume (I'm talking above $25)
Small, yet good looking jewelry (nothing overly expensive)

Finally, what does she like?  You should always know her likes and dislikes far before Xmas... not to mention sizes for clothes.  ;)

LOL, depends on how you look at it.  But trust me, you'll make big points if you get her the right size and type.  ;)

Any sort of self pampering things, Reaver hit the list pretty well.
You can get all kinds of different sets of that stuff.
And as far as the lotion goes....after lotion, then comes a rub down.

This whole week has been spent in my shop. I'm making some silver and gold pendants and rings for not only my sweetie, but her four sisters and several nieces.

Right now, I'm making some glass beads to finish one pendant, and later carve a small cat from some  malachite and jasper.. Then I need to make some silver chain..

Damn, Santa don't work as much! But it's fun though.

A Coach wallet to go with the purse and a gift card for Fascinations (to be used ONLY in your presence).

Another idea is a complete semi-formal getup for your lady for one night.  Lingerie, a dress, shoes, jewelry, and did I mention lingerie?

When she asks what it's for, show her the 2 tickets to her favorite play or musical.  Go have fun and at the end of the night those 250 dollar skivvies will pay for themselves. 8)

NEVER Get a woman something she needs for XMAS, unless it's your mom, grandma, or sis.  Only buy them things they want.  Even if they have 4 Dooney & Bourke purses already, buy 'em another.

Oh, and about those bath items, leave them in the basket at The Body Shop.  They never really use that shit, except for the lotion.

SINJIN, your list looks great so far bro.  All that stuff can be enjoyed throughout the year, and every time she takes a picture she'll think of the stud that bought it for her. 8)

Hey, who said the hookers and blow were for Vince, he could be hooking someone up :P

As far as the bath items and self pamper items, they might not use them but a lot of girls love going to the spas and so on, so the day passes make good stocking stuffers, although expensive.

Rod, might check out some of the outdoor shops and can probably find some small items to go along with the boots and rain gear. As weird as it sounds maybe even some socks... if you plan on hiking with her you can get her a  pair of real thin pair of socks and some thicker ones to go over, it is great for hikes as the thicker pair pull the moisture off keeping the foot dry. - Joseph
