As far as i know, only one of those is an actual paintball field. Gametastic is a Lan gaming center that just has a few guns and some paintballs. Same for the Front too, but i believe they are out of business. The Bruise factory should have a paintball field...

Paintball fields are on the way out kinda, all the owners keep selling out to developers...

I email Southwestern Paintball, and it looked like they would let us play too.  So I started the process of setting up the game, and when  I called to verify that they were open, they said that they aren't open during the summer.   :oops:

Southwest paintball is being used right now for airsoft but its catering to the minor arena

Southwest Paintball is closed all summer for paintball.  Marauders Airsoft has the exclusive use of the field for airsoft for the summer and there are regularly scheduled events.

The events at SWPB do not cater to any specific age group, rather the events are not limited to 18 and older.

The next games at Southwest Paintball are scheduled for July 9 and 15.  The games begin at 9 am and end at 2 pm.  Check out the game threads in the month of July for more information.  

We will be looking for players who are willing to use their vehicles during the games as part of a vehicle ambush mission.  Drivers for the mission get a free admission for the day ($20).

New Airsoft Arena

my partner and i are looking to set up an airsoft/paintball arena or arena/field.  we are looking to do something in North Phoenix, but need to get a better idea of our demographic.  

how far would you be willing to drive?  
would you be willing to drive to New River if there was an outdoor field as well as an indoor arena, or would a more centrally located arena be better?  

our thinking is that, because of the heat, an indoor arena would be a nice complement (or replacement for) to an outdoor field.  we plan to carry both high-end airsoft guns (TM, CA, etc.) and less expensive guns (CYMA, WELL, etc.) so that everyone is able to get what they are looking for.  your input would be greatly appreciated.  we will all benefit from your responses.  thanks!

By the way, how do you inform the local authorities you're having a game? Doubt that calling 911 would be all that proper.

It can also get you arrested.

I'm not sure how others do it, but if I were going to run a game, I'd probably call the local precinct/station.  Be it Phoenix PD, MCSO, etc, they all have websites where you can find contatc numbers.

I wouldn't call sh1t, if you are allowed to be their (ie. BLM land) then they can't do anything unless you're being unsafe, or there is a ban due to fire dangers.

And for any games where you're not on BLM land, letting the local cops know may not be a bad idea.  7th and Deer Valley here in Phoenix, for example.  I've never been out there, but it couldn't hurt to let the police know you're gonna be out there.

I've been there. Better to not let cops know what you're doing. It's pretty sketchy to begin with, and alerting LE would make it sketchier. If you don't tell them, given the location, they'll never know.

Are most of the fields in Tuson?!? Are there any fields in the Phoenix or Scottsdale area?
