I played the PC version Demo at a friends house. Im not impressed. I snuck up behind an opfor, 10ft from him and shot him in the head with the silenced MP5. The guy didnt drop but turned around to try and shoot me. I guess now a days it takes more than a single shot to the head to take someone down. On another note, I'm using this sniper rifle which according to the game can penetrate 3ft of concrete. So I line up 2 guys in my sight, who are 5ft from each other, and shoot. Only the first guy drops and the second guy who was facing the opposite direction and could not have seen where the shot came from instantly turns and fires at me dead on in a highly covered position. If the gun supposedly shoots through 3ft. of concrete I think it should be able to shoot through one guy and then hit the guy behind him with no problem, don't you think? I also despised the fact that you had these red diamonds that showed you where the enemy was behind walls and vehicles. And I dont need a green diamond to tell me that my teammember standing next to me is a friendly. I found the command to follow you to be rediculas as they would always run out ahead of you. I found that the AI friendlies worked best if you just told them to move out to a point where they may or may not pick the best route to do it. To say the least im not impressed at all with the PC version of this game and will stick with America's Army with its good and bad aspects.
Edit, and I forgot another thing that I loved. If you are in full auto and squeze off a single round the sound and muzzel flash relays that you fired 2-3 shots. When in reality you only fire one bullet that you see hit the ground in front of you and the ammo count shows only one round fired. What's up with that? I've seen this in many games before and I think they do this to make it seem like you have a higher ROF than you should have.
