Congrats, any particular reason for the TM instead of the CA or the forthcoming ICS gun?

:D

I trust Marui the most of all Companies.  Don't get me wrong, there are other good companies that i think are good, too.  But i've known about Tokyo Marui longer than any other airsoft company.  My first guns, which were springers, are made by Tokyo Marui.  They still shoot like they did when i first got them, which was about 5 years ago.

The CA AK is supposed to be just as good, or better than the Maruis, so i hear.  Either way, i would take the Marui any day.

It's better, full metal, with higher quality internals and better plastics, and at a comparable price, the CA SLR105 is, but, that's cool, and good for you.

Just so you know the TM AK is the toughest AEG I've ever owned, used, or handled..

It will take anything and keep going.

My friend bought an AK and throughout its endeavours (of about 1.5 years tops) it has been through at least 10 hands (I lost track after it ventured so far).

Yes.

10 hands.  Including my own and 6 or 7 people I personally know.

I don't know where it is today but I'm sure someone is still using and its still kicking ass.

Good buy man.

I've heard a lot of positive feedback for the TM AK.  And the fact that i like the AK's style made it my first choice.  I noticed that the AK's style and features make it one not seen as common as the M4 on the field.  I like "uniqueness." And it's durability and dependability are both outstanding.  I know i got my money's worth.

I actually see just as many AK variants as I do M4 variants now-a-days.

OP: Dark Harest submerged many a gun last year and we all came out fine. You just really need to clean the barrel and wait for it to dry.
