MP5 magazines?
« on: April 14, 2006, 03:48:19 PM »
OK so I have an MP5 now and what I think are 4 marui standard magazines. Feeding lip looks like the ones on the M4 marui standards but just a guess.

I need at least 4 more magazines and was wondering who if anyone has had a chance to use the mag ones yet? I am assuming both Mag and Star magazines are all plastic by the price, and that ICS, marui and CA magazines are all metal ones?

I have three boxes of mag mags on the seat behind me. Plastic but durable.

On a (somewhat) related note...

I've got a Well MP5 (the el-cheapo $90 special, it looks a lot like the UTG version), that came with the short double-mag hi-cap.  It may be cheesy, but it's reliable and I actually like the gun.  Does anyone know if there are any other magazines that fit it?

i have an MP5 and had it for a while...in fact it was my first AEG, so about 4 or 5 years now. the hi-caps aren't the most reliable i found, but i have 1 yes just 1 star mag and it works great plastic but never a problem(just really low capacity if you couldn't guess! :P )
