Good stuff, Paul, see you tomorrow.

Nice gun vince, I like the stock on it now.  It gives it a much better apperance.

Irishsniper, I don't think you've had a gun quite like his before.  And post in the discussion thread.

I was thinking about changing the "armory number". Not sure what I'll put though. The 20 round magazine...just...looks appropriate with the style of weapon.

Raith, are you planning on painting the CQB? Or are you going to leave it as is?

Yes, I'll paint it.  It won't look like it does now, though.  I have lots of external changes planned.

I'm going to paint mine too. I'm starting it today. I plan to take 3-4 days on it, so I should have pics up before the AA game. I don't really have any external plans for it other than a nice flashlight since I have found a group that does a lot of night games.

I like that suppressor Raith. Are you going to stick with the crane stock, or do the ready mag or battery box route?

Whew... Hoff, yeah, paint the whole thing.

It'll look alright if the whole thing is painted, but right now it looks like you decided to throw up on selected parts of the gun. :P

I am a fan of using 2 tone on things Gantaliano Hoff, but for that camo pattern I think the whole thing painted would look better.

Are you going to paint the rest of your gun Nate?  I like the two tone looks it has.  It's very distinctive, kinda looks like you had to change out the upper at the last moment or something.

Kurn, that paint job is good to go.

What colors did you use and what was your technique?

Thanks.  It was really simple to do.  I used Krylon brown and khaki (from their camouflage line).  First I painted the entire gun using the khaki.  I then lightly dusted it in random spots with the brown.  The whole process took about 15 minutes.  A lot of the brown has come off already, which has kinda given the whole thing a patchy look.  I’ve seen Krylon paint do this before, I think it’s because the paint dries before it get to the gun, since it dries so quickly.

On a side note the Krylon camouflage paint is at Wal-Mart for $4 a can, which is $2 cheaper then what Ace sells it for.
