The paintjob on that m700 looks good, but it could use some lighter colored khaki, and then some tan. The digital you have there is a little too dark, and adding some other shades may help.

Thanks Pilz, my girlfriend had the brainstorm to try it like that so we gave it a go with the tan and brown.  She also said that it needed to be at least 3 tones after we saw the finished product.  I'll probably leave this one as is for now and if the paint and clear coat hold up on the field, if they do I'll try a MK2 version of it on a surplus M14 stock.

Got it on Arnie's.  The guy lives in Boston.  Also got my spare mag from Redwolf today since they are having a blowout sale.  I didn't know the mags were THAT big.

Still not seeing any guns that cost more than my car. Or my house.

That is a nice looking gun, though.

Your schtick in your signature's just not very true...you got nice guns, so what? There's people on this board with more expensive/nicer/better guns than you.

The whole 'hehe, I'm gonna put 'I'm an asshole' in my sig and then act like one' is pretty played out too.

Whatever, drive on.

It shoots ~370 fps w/ .48g with HFC134 gas.  Plus, I'm getting a custom Escort blowback system and adjustable FPS regulator put in.

Let me guess, pilz told you that?  Guess what, what you hear isn't always true!  And I have yet to hear an fps limit for a sniper rifle using 8mm bb's anywhere in AZ.
