Of course it's worthy buying!!  :D

There are those here who will like it, and who will hate it.

It's not modular, so it's not the latest in High Speed kit.  It will have more room than you can ever use, short of carrying everything you own.

Well built, sound construction.

Backpack can fold away so you can use a real backpack, or you can take a seam-ripper and remove it permanently.

Though it comes with two canteen holders, the backpack will accommodate a 70oz hydration reservoir when laid on its side.

Currently, I only have the "old style" in stock. This one doesn't have the adjustable shoulders like you see in the picture...which is really only important if you are a very large guy or a large guy wearing heavy body armor.  Otherwise it should be big enough for most folks. I am 5'10, 210-215lbs, 44" chest and can wear it fine.

A friend of mine bought a IDF recon vest.  He likes it and says it is as rugged as hell.

It depends on what role you're going to play. For me? During LC5 I was outfitted with rockets, an M79, a can of red gas on my back, a refillable can with red gas in the front, multitools for working on weapons on the field if neccesary, M203 shells to power the M79, mags for m4, m9, mags for m9, extra bb's, food and lunch, water, speedloaders....I think there's even a few things left. If you're carrying that much, this rig is perfect.

Now I would never carry that much at just an AA game. It's pointless. You'd never use it all. But this rig would be perfect for a HWS or somethin at LC. Or maybe it's how you play every day...who knows.

I dont think its worth the money, you could get a big back pack instead to carry all that crap...

Do you KNOW? I've tried many options in the field. So I know what works for me. But I don't speak unless I have the experience to back it up. I'm saying from my experiences that on-board packs DO WORK. Separate packs do work as well. But don't tell us what you think, he doesn't want to hear that. He wants to hear what you KNOW. I doubt you've tried either.

Ya for a 13 yearold who has never played a REAL airsoft game you are sure giving alot fo CRAP advice. Personally I dont know how you could give any advice at all. So If I were you I would be the one asking questions instead of answering them.

Heh and you would know if I were in a "real" airsoft game? I was just giving my opinion, sorry if you didn't like it. Personally I don't care what you think. I was just saying if you have alot of stuff you can carry it in a bag pack instead of a huge vest. Back off would you?

Mohawkdude, you haven't been to a "real" game either, at least I've never seen you at one.

He is right in the fact that you don't know what you are talking about, but he was wrong in the way he said it. Why do you need all that stuff? Becuase its milsim, and we don't roll with a hicap, and shit in a backpack. I'm not sure what kind of gear you have, but one day, I bet you'll find yourself loaded down with all kinds of highspeed shit, with some kid telling you that you don't need all of it. I don't need half the things I carry...but I carry it...why? Becuase it looks fuckin' cool. Its the same thing with the scope on your AKSU. Its bulky, and practically useless...but you like it because you think it looks cool.

I too have looked into the IDF vests, and found them too much for me.

K I just dont like it when everyone always refers to age it deosn't mean anything, oh BTW the dragonov scope is actually quite small. I take off the back eye piece thingy so I can see better through a paintball mask and the scope is quite small. I was just saying for me a normal tactical vest works.

It was a comparison to what you said to his comment about getting a backpack to carry the crap. He wants it attached to him, becuase that is the way he might like it, same thing with you and your AK scope. You could get a much smaller AK scope(that rifle isn't that big, you must be kinda small), but you have that one because you like it.
